Network diagnosis completed on a real installation: the controller sits on an isolated segment and the panel has the wrong IP, mask and gateway. BACnet and Modbus TCP exist on the equipment and are switched off; there is a native read-only mode. The next step is physical, with the manufacturer's field service — it is not software.

A native-discovery sweep mapped the recorder, the hybrid alarm panel, video-intercom monitors and facial access terminals. They all speak the same protocol, so one driver covers the set. The blocker is administrative credentials, not a technical barrier.

Integrates through a zone on the alarm panel already mapped. Manutex's role here is to organise records, surface open faults, assign an owner and schedule inspections — never to replace a certified panel or a legally required emergency procedure.

Relays, dimmers and scenes. Depends on the vendor releasing an API and on documentation of the installed project. This subsystem cannot be reset for re-adoption: the scene programming may be unrecoverable.

The layer that would turn a reading into a ticket with evidence. Depends on the edge connector below. Until it exists, hour-meter and utility readings enter Manutex typed by whoever is on site.

An always-on device inside the customer's network that talks to the equipment locally and only makes outbound connections — no port opened to the internet. It is the piece every track above depends on.
