QR requests, the read API and the outgoing webhook are included in Network 3 and Network 6. On the Unit plan they come in the Integrations package for R$20 per month. They are not part of the Free plan.
And a spreadsheet, or a WhatsApp group?
It works while one person organizes everything by hand. What usually goes missing:
- Requests get lost in the conversation, and there is no history per piece of equipment.
- No owner, due date, status or proof of work, and no preventive-maintenance alert.
- Without cost per equipment or per supplier, there is no indicator to decide with.
- The information leaves with whoever keeps it, and does not scale to several units.
In Manutex, the team's WhatsApp group can be read by Manu, who returns the day's review for management to approve. Activation is done by the Manutex team.
Where Manutex does not reach yet
- Slack and Teams: on demand, see the integrations page.
- The API is read-only: it does not create or change work orders.
- Other services' pricing pages change. This is a snapshot from 29 Oct 2026, reviewed every quarter.
