Manutex is not a reseller of an off-the-shelf CMMS, nor a skin over someone else's software. It is our own product, written and maintained by an independent engineering studio — the same one that runs it in production and answers the people using it.

    Isolation between companies is a database policy, not a check scattered through application code, and production runs without a master key. That is the difference between a system that can serve many clients and one that simply has not leaked yet.

    Document extraction, voice dictation and semantic search across manuals. The model proposes; a person approves. No suggestion becomes a ticket on its own, and AI spend has a ceiling agreed in the contract.

    Every release goes through automated verification and scenarios that drive the real interface against a production build. A feature without that proof is not marked done — it is marked incomplete.

  • Every defect becomes a rule

    Any non-trivial bug is recorded with its symptom, root cause and the rule that prevents a repeat. The system gets harder to break with each mistake made, instead of accumulating patches.

    Versioned database migrations, deploys verified against the real domain after shipping, security headers checked from the outside. The people who write it are the people who answer when it breaks.

  • The vocabulary of maintenance

    Ticket, asset, preventive plan, insurance policy, repeat failure. The interface speaks the language of the people who look after the building, not the language of software sales.

Why there are no client logos on this page

We do not publish client names, brands or case studies containing operational data. Anyone who outsources maintenance is exposing exactly what is vulnerable — stopped equipment, untreated risk, spend out of line — and that does not become sales material. References exist and are given in conversation, with the permission of the client concerned.
